Bridget Jones’s Update of Clean Detox Day 27 or Day 14: BMI: 24.5 (- 0.1) Positively negative. I can live with that. Activity Level: I took the day off, see below. Meditation: 10 mins of quiet breathing. Brief Observations: Skin looks great again. I feel less itchy… definitely glad I stopped the coconut milk.

I’ve spent the better part of today dizzy.
The kind that they call vertigo. You stand up and it’s like the world is spinning. You get instantly nauseous. Hold on to the table type dizzy. And it is totally crimping my style. I can’t work out. I’m reluctant to really do everyday tasks (my house is a wreck.) I just want to sit still.
I don’t know what is causing it. Is it diet related? After posting my question on My.CleanProgram.com I got a quick response from the fabulous members, who are extremely helpful and willing to share their experiences.
So far the theories are:
1. Iron deficiency
2. Inner ear issues (a virus, which I’ve had and this sounds very plausible.)
3. Lack of sugar
4. Lack of carbs
5. Changes in air pressure (As in a storm is coming…)
6. Circulation issues
I’ve added suggested magnesium to my diet. I’ve check my iron intake. It’s baffling. Other than dizzyness, I feel great. But the next step is the doctor.
